Yup you read it right. This muffin batter will keep well in the refrigerator for a month and so these muffins are called 30-day muffins. They are sugar free too! and if you use rice or soy milk, they will become dairy free as well.
These cookies are healthy and believe me, incredibly delicious! Made with whole wheat flour, chickpea flour and semolina, they are melt in your mouth soft with a slight coarse texture. Don't tell anyone that they are not made with refined flour and see the awe on the faces. They are that yummy.

That's precisely the reason why I don't consume commercial breads anymore. When they are labelled whole wheat or multigrain bread, in most of the cases (maybe in all), there is hardly any pure whole wheat let alone other grains. You can only be sure of what you have made and besides, making bread at home is neither tedious nor too time consuming if you plan correctly.
These Mango and Chocolate cupcakes are one of the most delicious cupcakes you will ever have! The sweetness of mango paired with the slight bitterness of chocolate is a match made in heaven. Make them and I dare you to stop at one :D
At any given point of time, there are at least 2 to 3 kinds of jams and preserves in my refrigerator, home made of course. I like to slather them on toasted bread, use them in cupcakes and muffins and use them as a topping for pancakes. Jams in small petite jars look wonderful as gifts, especially during Christmas!

Not only homemade preserves and jams are healthier than the store bought ones, they also have a much better taste and keep well when stored in the refrigerator. Also, you are not bound to use fresh fruits, frozen fruits make an equally good preserve.
