Yup you read it right. This muffin batter will keep well in the refrigerator for a month and so these muffins are called 30-day muffins. They are sugar free too! and if you use rice or soy milk, they will become dairy free as well.

Is there any other fruit that represents the color of sunlight more than a mango? and this absolutely delicious jam screams mango! With no other flavor (except some lemon juice to balance the sweetness and set the jam), this mangolicious jaminess is what you would want each morning on your toast.

That's precisely the reason why I don't consume commercial breads anymore. When they are labelled whole wheat or multigrain bread, in most of the cases (maybe in all), there is hardly any pure whole wheat let alone other grains. You can only be sure of what you have made and besides, making bread at home is neither tedious nor too time consuming if you plan correctly.
