Ingredients
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
1/2 banana
1 cup fresh or frozen berries (I used strawberries)

Method
Add the ingredients to a blender in the following order: milk, yogurt, protein powder (if using), banana and finally the berries.

Start the blender at the lowest and increase the speed gradually. Whip until the smoothie is of a smooth consistency. Blend at the highest speed for another 30 to 45 seconds to incorporate air and lighten the smoothie.

Pour into a glass and drink! or in a flask to be enjoyed later.

Happy Drinking (Smoothie)!!!
